Saga Universal Training Corp.
Policies
Saga recognizes the critical role Emergency Responders play when they are called upon to assist members of their community who are injured or ill. The responsibility placed on these individuals is immense, and providing care in times of need is one of the most important services a person can offer.
Therefore we have established the following Policies and Procedures:
- Once the MFR program is sent to an end-user, the end-user has 28 days to complete the online portion, and the online portion must be completed not later than 48 hours prior to the date of the practical portion starting.
- Students must arrive in class not later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the practical skills days.
- Students must achieve 100% on the online portion. Students have unlimited opportunity to retake exams to get 100%.
- Students must be members of a Participating Agency.
- Students must wear their Participating Agency (Fire Dept.) identifier clothing.
- Saga reserves the right to postpone training if, for example, a minimum of 4 students are not registered.
- Students must complete their Trainee Certificate of Health & Physical Readiness document prior to registering for a course.
- Students must agree to the Saga Policies and Procedures prior to registration.
- Payment must be made in full upon registration.
